Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a few ups and downs. The room was comfortable with a balcony, but the internet was extremely poor. The service was hit or miss, with most staff being somewhat unhelpful except for the manager and a couple of waiters. The location, although outside the city, offered a relaxing atmosphere that was still convenient for travel. The dining options had good selections, but lacked variety in salads. Overall, a decent stay with a few setbacks.
The hotel is located outside the city, which we enjoyed for its relaxing atmosphere yet still convenient to reach everything by taxi. The rooms, although in a poor state with some fallen plaster painted over, had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The service was exceptional; the staff was always helpful, allowing us to have a late check-out. Special thanks to Rachid for outstanding service around the pool and Saliam for their hospitality. The dining experience was great with mainly Moroccan food, but there was a lack of salad options. The hotel has facilities like room service, shops, and tours/ticket assistance available. However, not being directly in the town center was a slight inconvenience as we had to walk to the taxi stand. The hotel is close to historic downtown and has a Moroccan and Indigo restaurant nearby.
